Lighting fire with my hands (based on a dream)

Based on a scene from a dream, where I navigated a dark appartment by making fire with my bare hands. My right hand would act like a match and the left one like a matchbox.

I started saving WIPs late in the process. I used three layered shades: one for the room's lighting, another for the fire's and a third for the sharper contrasts. The illustration also started out with thicker lineart.

Fire lighting was very sharp and needed more "ambient orange" to integrate it better.
